The real estate search engine relies on an integrated database that aggregates property information from official and reliable sources. This data is then processed by advanced algorithms to filter results according to user criteria—such as price, location, area, and number of rooms—allowing you to get accurate and relevant listings that match your needs.

"Open the real estate search page.

Use the price slider to set your minimum and maximum budget.

Adjust the area slider to define the square-meter range you’re interested in.

Select the city or neighborhood from the location dropdown.

Click “Apply” to view all matching properties."

To remove all saved criteria, go to the real estate search page, then click the “Reset Filters” or “Clear All” button at the top of the filter panel. This will delete all values and return to the default state, displaying all properties.

Yes—we have official apps available on the App Store and Google Play. Search for “Properties Navigator,” download the app, and log in with your account credentials to enjoy all features— from search to alerts and reports—right on your phone.

After logging in:

Go to the “My Account” menu.

Select “Account Settings.”

To edit personal information (name, email, phone), update the required fields and click “Save.”

To change your password, navigate to “Change Password,” enter your current password and then your new one, and click “Confirm.”
